Tails Up Paws Down Rescue is a 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization founded in 2019.
Our goal is to provide safe, loving homes for dogs in need while promoting responsible
pet ownership and fostering a community that values animal welfare.
We are a foster-based rescue based in Cumberland County, New Jersey. We are not an animal shelter.
